PGY Cohort Benchmark Update

Benchmark values updated with Q1 2025 cohort data (n=94). PGY-2 proficiency thresholds adjusted upward for ultrasound-guided procedures based on expanded dataset. All member scores recalculated.

Skill Quantification Study — Manuscript Submitted

Manuscript on kinematic-based procedural scoring submitted to JGME. Presents validity evidence for dashboard scoring methodology across 5 procedural categories. Review expected Q2 2025.

Longitudinal Skill Trajectory Graphs Launched

Members can now view their skill progression as longitudinal curves with annotated milestones (first competent rating, plateau detection, regression flags). Export to PDF available.

Action Items

  • Urgent Complete intubation score validation data collection — 15 more cases needed for powered analysis
  • Pending Expand motion capture integration to laceration repair protocol — equipment calibration scheduled
  • Pending Develop attending-level benchmark cohort (currently only PGY1–Fellow data)
  • Pending Add ICD-10-linked case tagging to clinical reasoning assessments
  • Done Launch longitudinal trajectory graphs — Jan 2025
  • Done Update Q1 2025 benchmark cohort values — Mar 2025
