Why We Exist

Clinicians with Ambitions exists to build the future of clinician education, research, software, and AI integration. We are focused on creating physician-informed learning platforms, quantifying medical skills, accelerating medical student education and research, and developing software for clinicians by clinicians. Our mission is to protect, promote, and expand physician expertise as medicine enters a rapidly advancing AI era.

Medicine is changing quickly. Artificial intelligence, data-driven education, simulation, software automation, and quantitative skill assessment will reshape how clinicians learn, practice, research, and lead. Clinicians with Ambitions is built to ensure that physicians help direct that future instead of being displaced by it.

Founder

Tiffany Marie Foster

Building the operations, products, and client base of a physician-led consulting and open-source software practice.

Tiffany Foster is the founder of Clinicians with Ambitions, LLC, a physician-led consulting and open-source software practice focused on clinical research infrastructure, procedural skill quantification, and medical education analytics. She leads day-to-day business operations, product development, and client engagement across residency programs, GME offices, and academic departments. Her background spans clinical research coordination, SQL database design, 3D MRI segmentation, medical illustration, and full-stack software development, uniquely positioning her to bridge the clinical and technical sides of the practice.

Christian Quinones, MD

Family medicine resident, researcher, and clinician-builder focused on the future of physician expertise.

Christian Quinones is the co-founder and medical advisor of Clinicians with Ambitions, a clinician-led initiative focused on medical education, AI integration, clinical research infrastructure, software development, and the future of physician expertise. Experience in DICOM imaging, 3D motion capture, AI-based kinematic analysis, and clinical systems design.
